Our kids are always on the move, diving into a variety of adventures. From tending crops at a local farm to understand the farm-to-table philosophy, to scaling rocky heights in rock climbing sessions, or mastering the art of cooking, there's never a dull moment. One thing's for certain – you won't find our explorers glued to video game screens!

🌟 Welcome to the Columbus Adventure Club! 🌟
Meet Michele Rapp, the founder and heart behind our beloved community hub for young adventurers. A dedicated mom and passionate advocate for children, Michele embarked on a remarkable journey that led to the creation of the Columbus Adventure Club.
As a mom in Upper Arlington, she found herself facing the challenges of after-school care and summer day camps when her own children were growing up. Determined to make a difference, she took matters into her own hands and founded the Jr Explorer Club in 2009, starting from a humble in-home daycare for six kids. Little did she know, her initiative would blossom into a thriving business that would touch the lives of hundreds of families, not just in our community, but beyond.
Under Michele's guidance, her day camp has earned accolades for its commitment to providing unplugged fun and outdoor programming, earning recognition as one of the top 10 best summer day camps in Ohio. But Michele's dedication doesn't stop there.
When the pandemic struck, she and her team transformed the daycare facility into an E-Learning Center, supporting 70 Upper Arlington families through an unprecedented time with unwavering dedication and ingenuity.
Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Michele finds joy in creating elaborate outdoor fairy gardens, honing her culinary skills in the kitchen, and nurturing her green thumb in the garden—a passion she discovered during the pandemic. As empty nesters, Michele and her soulmate husband indulge their love for trivia and live music, savoring each moment of their journey together.
At the Columbus Adventure Club, we believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment to learn, grow, and explore the world around them. With Michele at the helm, we're committed to making that belief a reality for each and every family we serve.
